United ElectronicsCorporation specializes in manufacturing Custom Cable Assemblies. We make our Cable Assemblies with varying connector and cable sizes. We specialize in using MIL-DTL-22992 'Class L' power connectors on 40, 60, 100, and 200 AMP cable, but our Assemblies are certainly not limited to Class L connectors. We will make the Cable Assembly to your specifications, using any connector/cable combination you want. You also have the option to have the Cable Assembly wrapped onto a metal reel. The reel allows for easy installation onsite. Our Cable Assemblies come in two forms: Complete and Pigtail.
Complete assemblies have a connector at each end and ship coiled and strapped or on a reel.
Pigtail Assemblies have one connector and an open end. The open end can be left in the jacket or cut back to expose the wires. The exposed wires can be tinned, have a terminal lugs put on them, or just be left as is.
